The growth in the plastic surgery industry is continuing to be driven by Botox, dermal fillers and chemical peels, the most popular cosmetic procedures for several years in a row, according to information released recently. Statistics from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons proven that the trend is still growing. As many as 15 million procedures of one kind or another are done each year, many by dentists, estheticians and other medical professionals.

Body contouring and tummy tucks also remain popular cosmetic procedures.

Breast enhancement procedures have been on the decline by 5 to 10 percent a year, but they’re still the most common invasive cosmetic procedures.
