Kate Beckinsale was spotted on the red carpet at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival. She looked amazing in a green semi-sheer dress that showed off her toned abs and legs. There’s no denying the star’s magnificence. However, internet trolls focused more on Beckinsale’s face than her clothing, claiming that the actress has undergone plastic surgery, botox, and fillers. Here she is finally being forthright about her plastic surgery experience, and she is using the opportunity to correct the record.
“At the premiere of Pot au Feu at the 76th annual Cannes Film Festival, I was wearing the dress of my dreams and thinking back to the first time I walked up these same steps 30 years ago in a battered pair of steel-toed Dr. Martens. Both magical,” Beckinsale wrote in the photo’s caption, sparking drama in the thread’s comments.
Several users commented on Beckinsale’s appearance, speculating that she has had various cosmetic procedures, which she strongly refutes.
Someone’s well-meaning note said, “Please tell me you had a facelift, as it’s not possible to be this attractive at 50.”
Beckinsale responded, “I haven’t apologized. Maybe in July, everything will begin to come loose.”
“Why do celebrities feel the need to cover up their plastic surgery? You shouldn’t cover it up. Her attractiveness is unchanged.” Someone else remarked on it.
“There’s no need for a facelift, filler, or Botox on me. I also don’t have to put up with false accusations,” Beckinsale said.
“Very lovely! But wait! She has had Botox and fillers. To each their own, I guess, because it’s so clear.” Someone else remarked.
By simply writing, “I don’t,” Beckinsale put an end to the allegations. “Well, I can’t because I suffer from mast cell activation syndrome, which makes it difficult for me to avoid having an adverse reaction to any number of things. No, I can’t take that risk right now.”
Many of her fans were very grateful for the star’s candor regarding her illness. “It’s terrible, and I have it too. I apologize.” One supporter commented, “I can only imagine how tiring it is to always have to explain yourself.”
An individual with mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) experiences significant allergy symptoms on a regular basis. Excessive chemical agent release from mast cells is the root cause of MCAS symptoms, which manifest in the skin, gastrointestinal tract, heart, respiratory system, and nervous system. GARD lists a variety of causes for symptoms like abdominal pain, cramps, diarrhea, flushing, itching, wheezing, coughing, drowsiness, a quick pulse, and low blood pressure.
It’s understandable that Beckinsale would rather not take the chance of undergoing cosmetic injections or unneeded operations just to improve her beauty. She receives regular facials but has never gotten Botox, fillers, threading, or a nose operation. “Facials with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to increase collagen and microcurrent to tighten skin and increase oxygenation,” she writes in the comment. “Though I’m a little nervous, I might give laser therapy a shot. I haven’t so far,” she said.
Many of Beckinsale’s admirers expressed their happiness for the actress.
Yeah, she is an exceptionally gorgeous woman who also happens to be in her 30s or 40s. One supporter suggested that it be made “the norm” that people do not automatically become crypt keepers just because of their age. Kate’s words of wisdom are an excellent place to begin: “Take care of your health, laugh a lot, wear sunscreen, and be kind.” Being one of the most stunning women, Kate is also like a comic goddess.
Someone else remarked, “To me, stating you look stunning for your age of 50 is a backsliding insult.” Just being you is beautiful. I believe you will appear even more beautiful in your 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. You have a youthful appearance, but more significantly, you have a youthful spirit.”
Kate Beckinsale may reconsider getting Botox if she is certain that the trained medical professionals know what they are doing and can give her a natural and youthful appearance.
